With an extensive network of channel partners, we offer cutting-edge base station antennas, microwave antennas, and RF filters to top-tier regional operators. Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager / Account manager to join our team in South Africa, reporting to the General Manager of the Middle East and Africa region. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy and will focus on the sales and business development for MTN accounts across the Group and its operating companies. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with key customers at all levels, acting as the company's business advocate and trusted advisor. • Enhance Brand Visibility: Represent MOBI at significant industry events and expositions, showcasing our comprehensive product portfolio, including base station antennas, microwave antennas, and RF filters. • Identify and Pursue Market Opportunities: Deeply understand customer needs to uncover market opportunities, engage in product bidding and tendering processes, and elevate the recognition and reputation of our products and brand among clients. • Master Client Procurement Processes: Become intimately familiar with the procurement processes of major clients to streamline sales initiatives and ensure alignment with their requirements. • Collaborate with Product Lines: Work closely with MOBI's product lines to tailor specialized market development plans that meet the needs of our customer. • Drive Project Execution: Oversee the full lifecycle of projects from planning to execution, ensuring that initiatives are effectively implemented and deliver the desired outcomes.
Job requirements
Qualification and Experience  Good technology and technical knowledge  Well informed about telecom market in Africa, competitors and associated products and services Competencies Essential  Fluent in English、French and African language(s) are advantageous.  Team player with good interpersonal skill  Using MS Office; especially Word, Excel, Power Point
