1. Responsible for the debugging of hardware and software for robot unstructured grasping, robot programming, and process optimization. 2. Evaluate and make decisions on industrial robot technical solutions, assess feasibility plans, and predict and manage technical risks. 3. Plan the technical roadmap for robot projects based on the company's strategic direction, effectively breaking down medium- and short-term goals. 4. Control the overall project progress, organize the team for technical breakdown and specific solution design, ensuring research and development direction and progress, and lead the team in solving research, development, and after-sales issues. 5. Responsible for writing and archiving various technical documents, including robot technical materials and intellectual property applications.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering and Automation, or related fields. 2. Over 5 years of R&D experience in robotics or related industries, with more than 3 years in technical operations and team management, and a strong interest in industrial robots. 3. Familiar with the overall architecture of industrial robots and various product technical routes in the industry; proficient in at least one technical field among structure, hardware, software, or algorithms. 4. Strong communication, expression, organizational skills, and team collaboration awareness. 5. High resilience under pressure, strong organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility and proactive learning ability.
