Maintain daily communication with Russian-speaking customers by phone, e-mail or online chat tool, answer customers' questions and deliver business information. Document Translation: Responsible for translating all kinds of company documents, contracts, reports, etc. from Chinese into Russian or from Russian into Chinese to ensure accurate and smooth translation. Audit the documents provided by the partners in Russian-speaking area to ensure that their contents are in line with the company's requirements and laws and regulations. Cultural exchange and promotion: Gain in-depth understanding of Russian culture and assist the company in organizing cultural exchange activities related to the Russian-speaking region, such as business negotiations and product promotions. Promote Russian culture inside and outside the company to enhance employees' understanding of and interest in the Russian-speaking region. Market research and analysis: Collect and analyze market dynamics, industry trends and competitor information in the Russian-speaking region to support the company's market strategy. Pay attention to the changes of policies and regulations in the Russian-speaking region, report to the relevant departments of the company in a timely manner and put forward suggestions to deal with them. Other related work: Assist other departments of the company to deal with business issues related to the Russian-speaking region and provide necessary support and assistance.
