Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: 1.Client Communication: Manage and respond to client inquiries and sales communications 2.Coordination with Production: Coordinate sales orders and delivery with production team to ensure client requirements are met and timelines are adhered to. 3.Assisting Directors: Provide general assistance to directors, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and other administrative tasks. 4.Online Marketing: Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies. This may include managing social media accounts, creating and managing online sales platforms, tracking online marketing campaigns, and updating the company website.
Job requirements
Qualifications: 1.Language Skills: Minimum B2 level in English , both written and spoken. 2.Experience: Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative role is preferred. 3.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with China staff, international agents and clients. 4.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 5.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with online marketing tools and platforms (such as CRM systems, email marketing software, and social media management tools) is a plus. 6.Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with various departments.
