Market Analysis and Expansion
Analyze the international new energy system market trends, study competitors' products, prices, market strategies, etc., to provide data support for the company's market positioning and product strategy.
Explore potential international markets, conduct market research, and formulate and implement market expansion plans.
Customer Development and Maintenance
Proactively contact and develop international potential customers, establish and maintain customer relationships, and promote sales opportunities into actual orders.
Regularly visit customers to understand their needs, provide technical support and after-sales service, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Order management and tracking
Responsible for receiving, confirming, following up and settlement of international orders to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.
Coordinate internal resources to solve problems in the process of order execution to ensure smooth delivery of orders.
Sales Data Analysis and Reporting
Collect and organize sales data, analyze sales trends and provide basis for the company to formulate sales strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports to report sales progress, market feedback and problems to superiors.
Cross-cultural communication and teamwork
As a foreign employee, you should have excellent cross-cultural communication skills and maintain effective communication with colleagues and customers at home and abroad.
Actively participate in teamwork, share information and experience in the international market, and promote the overall performance of the team.
Job requirements
1. Familiar with foreign trade and order management processes.
2. Familiar with the operation process of trade import and export business and relevant laws and regulations, proficient in the customs declaration and inspection process.
3. Proficient in office software, B2B, foreign trade websites, etc.
4. Quick spoken, quick thinking, strong communication skills, and strong team spirit.
5. Familiar with the import and export business operation process and relevant laws and regulations, proficient in the customs declaration and inspection process.
6. Strong self motivation, positive work attitude, with a spirit of challenge, able to withstand work pressure.
7. Those who are able to go abroad and have overseas work experience are preferred.
8. Foreigners who can speak Chinese (Middle East, Africa, South Asia) will be given priority.
