Position Overview: Docking 0-1 offline business in North America market; channel resources in offline retail superstores (The Home Depot The Home Depot/Lowe's) in home, tools, equipment, appliances and electrical categories, etc., Chinese & English speaking. Company Description: A Shanghai-based e-commerce company with logistics warehouses in New Jersey and Georgia, U.S.A. The company carries more than 10,000 products in categories covering Business & Industry, Home & Garden, Health & Beauty, and Sporting Goods, with a global revenue of more than 9 billion RMB or so. Position JD: Sales Manager / Key Account Manager Job Responsibilities: 1、Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales leads; 2、Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in target organizations; 3、Participate in national and regional trade shows and vendor partner meetings; 4, Prepare compelling proposals, presentations and business cases to demonstrate the value of the company's products to potential customers; 5、Optimize country and regional pricing strategies and discount programs; 6、Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve attainment of revenue goals; 7, Utilizing sales data, consumer/shopper insights and other available data points to identify opportunities and develop fact-based sales stories; 8, Work with supply chain and logistics teams to fulfill product orders; 9, Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual business forecasting as well as long term planning;
Job requirements
Position Requirements: 1、Rapidly establish a broad range of key industry contacts and develop a deep understanding of the company's segmentation strategy, products, goals and strategic objectives; 2, Possess a high level of emotional intelligence and strong abstract reasoning skills in order to effectively manage partner relationships to the mutual benefit of the client and the company and to ensure that internal strategic objectives are met and exceeded. Talent Requirements: 1, Minimum 5 years of B2B sales/business development experience, preferably with experience in prospecting retailers such as The Home Depot/Lowe's; 2, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong and impactful client partnerships; 3, Project management skills and Microsoft Excel and PPT skills.
