Job responsibilities
Description and Responsibilities HQTS company is looking for Sales Manager, to develop the business for Consumer Products & Retail in Russia. The successful candidate will have previous experience in sales and business development with proven success in this product section. 1.Business Development -Develop the business together with sales team, to meet the sales target. Assure regular target achievement for yourself by generating or follow up with leads, prospects from self-source, marketing and all sales sources. -Support team members to best sales performance subjecting to team’s target and goals; -Instant update of team’s prospects, figure out issue, seek for assistance, set out action plan and follow up procedure for result subject. -Regular report of status, problem and solution weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually. -Contribute to company and group’s plan proposal. 2.Team Building -Join recruitment process, plan for team development on reasonable basis; -Evaluate team’s cost and coefficient rate to plan for budget, members and cost control; -Brainstorm for business direction, detail plan of execution and regular report to higher leaders. -Assign suitable tasks and coach team members in sales skills and process to achieve good rate of conversion; -Lead team in sales activities e.g. Exhibition participation, travels and meetings; -Lead team of conducting better CRM, get feedback from client/factory and develop re-sales/cross-sales/up-sales activities. -Training, assessing your team members for in-time appraisal, promotion, demotion, dismissal. 3.Market Ownership -Conduct the market research for consumer products & retail, to target the customer base. -Analysis of opportunities for immediate action plan to approach business target; -Join marketing direction and planning for strategy to upgrade business and branding; -Present HQTS in your product line in web/seminars internally and externally. -Find Lab partners of consumer products to support client services.
Job requirements
Skills/Qualifications -5+ years working experience in B2B sales; experience in textile, electrical & electronic products, logistic, international trading or sourcing, TIC industry is highly preferable. -With experience in sales team management and leadership skills -Having and familiar with existing client resources in TIC for consumer products. -Good at relationship management. -Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus. -Self-initiated, independent and a good team player. -Ambitious to work in a fast-growing environment with the opportunity to take managerial role.
