Job responsibilities
Position Responsibilities Sales target setting and execution: According to the company's overall strategic planning, formulate annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets and decompose them into specific sales plans and tasks. Supervise the implementation of the sales plan to ensure that the sales target is reached, and adjust the sales strategy in time to cope with market changes. Customer development and maintenance: Proactively explore potential customers, establish customer relationships, understand customer needs and provide personalized sales solutions. Maintain and deepen existing customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, promote customer repurchase and expand new business. Sales Team Management: Form and manage sales team, including recruiting, training, assessing and motivating team members. Assign sales tasks, monitor team members' work progress, and provide necessary support and guidance. Establish a good team atmosphere and promote cooperation and communication among team members. Market competition analysis: Pay attention to market dynamics and competitors' situation, collect and analyze market information to provide basis for the development of sales strategy. Regularly organize the sales team to conduct market analysis and experience sharing to enhance the team's market acumen and competitiveness. Sales data analysis and reporting: Analyze sales data, including sales, number of customers, orders, etc., to find out sales growth points and room for improvement. Regularly report the sales situation to superiors, provide sales forecasts and suggestions to support the company's decision-making.
Job requirements
-Proven sales experience in consumer electronics and/or sport products, consistently exceeding targets -Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors -Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions -Experience with Sales Force CRM -Excellent negotiation and presentation skills -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages a plus
