Key Responsibilities Market Development and Customer Expansion Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to develop effective sales strategies and plans. Identify potential customers and make initial contact and communication through phone, email, social media and other channels. Organize and participate in marketing activities such as industry exhibitions, music events, etc. to enhance the company's brand awareness. Sales execution and order management Deeply understand customer needs and provide personalized product and service recommendations. Complete the negotiation, signing and follow-up of sales contracts. Responsible for order processing, tracking and settlement to ensure smooth sales process. Customer relationship maintenance and after-sales support Maintain regular contact with customers, understand customer feedback and solve customer problems. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and promote customer repurchase and word-of-mouth. Collect and organize customer data to provide data support for market analysis and sales strategy.
