Job responsibilities
Job Responsibilities Responsible for the development and implementation of the company's search engine marketing strategy, including but not limited to keyword optimization, ad placement, landing page optimization, etc.; Monitor and analyze search engine marketing data, generate regular reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness and provide data support for strategy adjustment; Conduct in-depth research on search engine algorithms and rules, and timely adjust the marketing strategy to adapt to the search engine updates and changes; Managing and optimizing the company's search engine advertising account, including the writing of advertisement ideas, the development of bidding strategies, the selection and grouping of keywords; Work closely with other departments such as the content team and web development team to ensure that the search engine marketing strategy is consistent with the company's overall marketing strategy; Tracking competitors' search engine marketing strategies, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses, and providing reference for the company's strategic adjustments; Continuously learning and mastering the new technologies and methods of search engine marketing to enhance the company's search engine marketing effectiveness;
Job requirements
Job Requirements: Graduate from a reputable university Fluent in English (written and spoken) Self-motivated with passion for success Previous experience in Google Adwords, Bing, Yahoo or Baidu CPC would be an advantage Experience in implementing new bidding technologies, automation capabilities that enhance SEM efforts Ability to write and optimize ad copy through A/B testing Experience in gathering insights from multiple data sources and making informed decisions to improve performance of search campaigns; good knowledge of Excel and Access Outstanding client handling and communication skills both written and verbal Excellent project management skills, to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines Proven ability to be up to date and savvy with fast changing online marketing trends Ability to generate and execute new ideas and innovative policies across marketing work streams High energy with proven ethical integrity
