Job responsibilities
1. Market Strategy and Execution: - Develop and implement market and business strategies for the China region to drive business growth and market expansion. - Adjust and optimize business strategies based on market trends and company goals. 2. Customer Relationship Management: - Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients in the China region. - Understand client needs, provide personalized solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Market Development and Research: - Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the China market to identify opportunities and potential clients. - Develop and implement market entry strategies to acquire new clients and explore new markets. 4. Sales Management: - Lead the sales team, set sales targets and plans, and ensure sales performance is achieved. - Train and guide sales team members to improve overall team performance. 5. Contract Management and Negotiation: - Responsible for negotiating and signing major contracts in the China region, ensuring contract terms align with company interests. - Manage contract execution and handle related disputes and issues. 6. Brand Promotion: - Plan and execute brand promotion activities to enhance brand awareness and market influence in China. - Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement market promotion strategies. 7. Cost Control and Budget Management: - Develop business activity budgets for the China region, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources. - Monitor budget execution, analyze, and adjust budget plans. 8. Cross-Department Collaboration: - Work closely with internal departments (such as production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. - Coordinate and resolve cross-department business issues. 9. Policies and Compliance: - Ensure all business activities comply with company policies and Chinese industry regulations. - Monitor and manage business risks to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Job requirements
1. Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 2. Work Experience: - At least 5 years of experience in business management or a related field. - Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry or related sectors is preferred. 3. Skills and Abilities: - Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen. - Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with various clients. - Strong leadership skills and experience in team management. - Ability to conduct market analysis and develop market strategies. - Familiarity with contract management and risk control. 4. :Language Proficiency: - Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English. 5. Other Requirements: - Willingness to travel frequently both domestically and internationally. - High level of professional ethics and responsibility. - Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure.
