Manage the local outbound call team, establish relevant performance metrics, continuously improve efficiency, introduce advanced industry capabilities, enhance automation and effectiveness, and reduce post-loan repayment costs.

1. Bachelor's degree with over 3 years of experience in the financial industry, with in-depth knowledge of finance and experience in overseas loan management. 2. Good spoken and listening skills in Spanish, with Spanish required as the working language. 3. Strong data and business analysis abilities, skilled at identifying issues through data analysis and formulating corresponding operational strategies. 4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to solve complex problems. 5. Team-oriented, proactive, highly responsible, and capable of effectively driving project completion.
