Job responsibilities
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Writing various kinds of copy: according to the company's brand positioning and market strategy, write high-quality brand promotion copy, product introduction copy, activity planning copy, etc., to ensure that the content of the copy is in line with the brand image, to attract and impress the target audience.
Creative planning and execution: Participate in the creative planning of various marketing activities of the company, put forward novel and unique copywriting ideas, and be responsible for transforming the ideas into specific copy to ensure the smooth implementation of the activities.
Market analysis and research: pay attention to market dynamics, understand industry trends, regularly analyze and research competitors' copywriting, and provide targeted copywriting strategy suggestions for the company.
Copy optimization and improvement: according to market feedback and data analysis results, optimize and improve the existing copy to enhance the communication effect and conversion rate of the copy.
Cross-departmental collaboration: Maintain close communication with design, marketing, sales and other related departments to ensure that the copywriting and visual design, marketing strategy, sales strategy, etc. are coordinated with each other to form an overall marketing synergy.

Job Requirements
- 2 or more years of creative/copywriting work experience. Previous working experience at a 4A advertising firm preferred
- Excellent time management skills and work efficiency. Ability to multi-task and simultaneously juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced and results-oriented startup environment
- Ability to use written word to create viral content with excellent results for multiple target audiences
- Possess keen interest in technology and consumer electronics as well as a firm grasp of product differentiation
- Native English speaker, Chinese language skills equivalent to HSK 5 or above preferred
- Outstanding communicator and team-player
