Purpose Of This Position岗位设置目的Are you an energetic and results-oriented person who wants to move our service sales business performance forward?We are looking for a highly motivated Service Sales Manager to build and lead a new team. This role is crucial for developing and implementing comprehensive service sales strategies to drive service business growth, unlock service sales potential, and achieve organizational goals.Job Responsibility 岗位职责:Develop and implement comprehensive service sales strategies to drive business growth by analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new service opportunities and areas for improvement.Oversee and enhance service sales capabilities to achieve and exceed assigned revenue goals by developing service sales programs and securing orders from customers in AS China.Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service sales team.Promote and sell spare parts, agreements, and demand services for the installed base of Automation Systems in China, including retrofit opportunities.Develop and manage a reference program to leverage satisfied customers for new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular engagement and exceptional service delivery.Develop new customers, including repair and service of competitor products.Call on customers, cultivate strategic relationships, and provide value-added solutions.Address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.Coordinate and participate in product, project engineering, and field service support work required for sales development.Participate in trade show exhibits and assist in overdue invoice collection.Team ManagementDevelop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and achieve organizational objectives.Lead and manage the service sales team to ensure high performance and team cohesion.Support the team's professional growth and development, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Complete all other tasks assigned by the line manager or company.
Job requirements
Job Requirement 岗位要求:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Control, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.Minimum of 7 years of related experience in selling automation system products within the Paper and Pulp industry, including at least 3 years of team management experience.Experience in the paper mill or industrial process industries is a plus.Proven track record in sales, especially with DCS systems in Pulp & Paper customers.Desire to support and work closely with customers to deliver business results.Strong leadership and team management skills.High level of commitment, proactivity, and self-motivation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.Fluency in English.Availability for frequent travel.
