Job responsibilities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Search Engine Optimization1. Conduct keyword research using Moz, Spyfu, Google Analytics, and other online SEO tools 2. Analyze and Report digital property analytics including website(s), apps and SEM/PPC/Online advertising 3. Proofread content for keyword optimization and make recommendations for new and existing content changes to our websites 4. Recommend SEO opportunities and on-site improvements (internal linking, site speed) based on keyword research and SEO tools 5. Gather high-quality inbound links from top industry sites, blogs, and other relevant, authoritative domains 6. Have a working understanding of HTML and a solid understanding of the technical aspects of SEO, such as how search engines work, and how semantic markup and canonicalization of content affect performance 7. Use data to understand changes in performance and monitor and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly SEO reports 8. Create, execute, and analyze campaign performance for all PPC campaigns (Google AdWords, Bing Ads) 9. Responsible for daily management and strategic building of search engine marketing (SEM/PPC) campaigns to attract customers to our websites and drive lead and sales growth 10. Daily management of PPC campaign monthly budgets, keyword research, ad copy, bid management, and conversion tracking11. Optimize landing pages to increase conversion rates1 2. Monitor and circulate daily, weekly and monthly PPC reports1 3. Develop and implement SEO campaigns, strategies and initiatives1 4. Assist business units in developing SEO strategies and programs that meet client business goals1 5. Work with cross functional departments to develop and track all details of SEO initiatives1 6. Maintaining expertise on search engine news and trends1 7. Research and analyze competitor web content and keyword strategies1 8. Develop and implement link building strategy1 9. Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented20. Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming21. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.CMS Experience1. Ability to work with the Hybris system, developing new pages for the website 2. Working knowledge of CSS, HTML and Java Script 3. Collaborate with multiple team members, including Product Managers and Designers, to make sure our projects function correctly and meet the expectations of our clients. 4. Identify, troubleshoot, and document browser/platform compatibility issues and standards. 5. Take ownership of projects and work toward resolution on obstacles faced in the development process. 6. Strong knowledge of CMS systems 7. Collaborate with creative and production departments to scope projects and lend technical insight to initial discovery. 8. Perform routine website maintenance as needed
Job requirements
Basic Qualifications · 2 years of experience or formal training in computer science, web design or a related focus; or an equivalent combination of training and experience· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems or a related field· Must have willingness to learn and develop skills in web content management· Experience with web content management systems, content publication best practices such as writing for the web, web accessibility and usability, and have a working understanding of HTML and CMS and a solid understanding of the technical aspects of SEO.· Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment on daily tasks and special projects· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills require· Languages skills are preferred
