Egglaston is a company providing services in the manufacturing business of Lingerie to foreign customers located in Shenzhen(10 minutes walk from Wuhe metro Station)Egglaston is currently looking for a candidate to be in charge of the Customer Service Manager of a customer for the lingerie production business service provided.Job profileThe Customer Service Manager(CSM) will be in charge of dealing with all customer order matters of Quality Control /Purchasing /Merchandising of the main Egglaston Customer production Lingerie Orders. The candidate will work for the Egglaston Merchandiser Manager in charge of this Customer and with the Customer Production Manager in Spain. The CSM will be the main person who will deal with the customer for all Orders matters.-The CSM will be responsible to provide a good service to customer understanding all customer requirements-needs, explaining them all properly to the Egglaston Team working for this customer, following them up and trying to ensure that agreements with the customer are met in terms of quality and time.-The CSM will be in charge of providing the right service to customer and to the Egglaston Teams in the factories where goods are produced. He/she will be in charge of explaining and clarifying to customer all matters to fulfil all requirements. The CSM will support the Egglaston Team ensuring that all orders information has been explained accurately to customer so that the customer can be aware of all production matters and that customer has given comments to all doubts or matters that may require customer approval.-The candidate should be able to learn all main aspects in regards to lingerie products at a similar level to manufacturers. This job has a technical part which has to be learnt by the Merchandiser.-The CSM will verify all information sent by customer and by the Egglaston Team giving a sense for every matter that is under discussion. Job requirements
-Should have at least 2 years working experience managing customer orders following up orders with customers and factories.-Should be willing to travel to factories occasionally. -Responsible to achieve tasks assigned and the level required-Excellent at building relationships with his/her team colleagues and others.-Working experience preferably in the manufacturing industry in textile-Preferably with a University degree or similar.-Should have good communications skills .-Should be able to work fluently in Spanish and in English. The Spanish language has to be spoken at Native level.
