Job responsibilities
1. Manage the e-commerce operations and overseas customer service team. Guide, manage, and supervise the daily work of subordinates, keep track of team work status, and be responsible for the performance assessment of subordinates; 2. Pay attention to market trends, collect and analyze product information and competitor conditions, and develop effective sales strategies to improve sales performance; 3. Formulate team sales plans and organize their implementation to steadily increase sales performance and improve store conversion rates; 4. Maintain daily security of the store, monitor data, check for issues, ensure the normal operation of the online store, and keep track of the latest rules of e-commerce platforms; 5. Proactively cooperate and collaborate with other departments.
Job requirements
1. Experience in managing overseas platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.; 2. Rich sales experience, able to analyze and judge the relevant factors for improving product sales performance, and continuously analyze and improve sales methods; 3. More than 2 years of management experience, with a deep understanding of operational work, preference will be given to those with experience in Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms (those with good English expression skills will be preferred).
