Job requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Multimedia, or a related field. 3. Work Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field. 4. Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of platform operations and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other emerging platforms. 5. Content Creation Skills: Strong ability to craft engaging and audience-relevant content, with a passion for understanding and leveraging audience behaviors. 6. Organizational Abilities: Excellent multitasking and time-management skills with high attention to detail. 7. Personal Traits: Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual with strong interpersonal skills.
