Job responsibilities
Major responsibilities: - Build up solution sales strategy, develop and work with key partners to achieve defined sales target. - Provide total lighting solution, before-sales and after-sales service and consultant to business partners (key area dealer and key OEM). - Build up and keep close relationship specifies and business partners, such as electrical consultant, interior designer, lighting consultant and control system integrators. - Organize trainings to internal/external customers, and make product & technology presentation in conferences and seminars. - Report to regional sales manager South Korea.
Job Requirements

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar required. Experience: - 5+ years’ experience in related electronic manufacturing experience is essential. - Demonstrated experience in total solution in electronic related project. - Experience working with International Suppliers (ie. Asia, Europe) Professional/ Specific Skills (management, technical, etc): - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Commercial awareness and strong customer focus. - Strong problem solving and analytical skills. - Proficient in using MS Office. Personal Attributes: - A can do attitude - Act with a sense of urgency. - Evidence that the person is accountable for their own actions, can take direction and is open to suggestions on how she/he can improve. - Strong sense of time management and can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. - A “people” person that performs well in a team setting but can equally work independently. - Results driven, highly motivated and not afraid to take on challenges. - A person that is not afraid to question current practices and is proactive in suggesting opportunities for improvements. - Willing to learn new things.
