Wicresoft is scouting for Technical Editors who will work in the Content Service team, in close partnership with Microsoft Customer Services & Support (CSS). As an editor, you will publish articles for a daily international readership of 4 million on behalf of a multinational corporation and maintain quality online content for the Microsoft Knowledge Base. You will produce high-quality technical content within deadlines by working with an international team of technical writers and technical reviewers.You will be expected to edit content that follows standard conventions of US Standard English grammar, usage, and punctuation. Prior experience with various writing style guides will benefit your work. Prior experience with Microsoft products – such as Windows 7, Microsoft Office, and Windows Server 2008 (R2) – will help you have a better understanding of the articles that you will edit and publish.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:• Native-level competence of English writing conventions • A BA/BS’s degree with one of the following majors:o Computer Science, Information Management, or Engineering o Journalism, Communication, or English• 2+ years related working experience in China or your own country is a plus.• An understanding of technical syntax and terminology• A working knowledge of personal computer architecture and network architecture
