Job responsibilities
1. Support sales by communicating with clients on technical issues, understanding client product and technical requirements, and organizing them into requirement and product documents. 2. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of supplier resources, especially key chips/components, focusing on performance, feasibility, and delivery efficiency and accuracy, based on client development needs. 3. Communicate with internal and external R&D teams to develop project/product development, production, and delivery plans. 4. Gather client feedback, organize and abstract client needs, and create your own product documentation. 5. Analyze and resolve client issues, coordinating internal and external resources to solve problems and ensure product delivery.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, or related fields; fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing), able to seamlessly communicate with overseas client engineers. 2. Proactive in completing tasks and assignments with strong self-drive. Attention to detail, strong summarization skills, and communication skills. 3. Strong team collaboration and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with team members and clients. 4. Over 5 years of experience in embedded software development, familiar with the medical electronics industry and applications, as well as knowledge of audio/video interfaces, LCDs, Cameras, and other devices. 5. At least 1 year of experience in technical project management, with expertise in camera modules, structure, optics, circuits, and sensor selection. 6. Possesses strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to resolve issues.
