1.Equipment trouble shooting and machine performance maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency; Machinetest yield maintenance and improvement 2.Keep a NPI tracker for issues and observation during assembly.Investigate research and analyze challenging unique problems. 3.Resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion. 4.Participate in new technologies and processes implementation. 5.Ensure the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output. 6.Create or translate work instructions, inspection instructions etc.. 7.Ensure that the machines are being correctly and safely operated at all times.

1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, electronic or automation. 2.have RF test related experience, have a basic understanding and understanding of IC packaging test, understand electronic communication product test programming; 3.product yield improvement and 8D report writing experience is preferred; 4.experience in program development, proficiency in VC++ / VB / VC.Net / Labview is a plus; 5.good internal and external communication and coordination skills, good communication skills in English, able to communicate directly with customers in English; 6.good team player, good character and sense of responsibilit
