Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation and management of TikTok, accountable for store sales performance, traffic, and user operations. Must have full operational capabilities in the early stages and build a team. 2. Collaborate with TikTok influencers, selecting influencers with quality content and strong sales ability, negotiating partnerships, and accumulating influencer resources. 3. Optimize TikTok ad placements, monitor and analyze TikTok ad backend data, continuously refine and adjust to improve conversion rates. 4. Operate TikTok social platform accounts and manage user operations, deeply analyze TikTok traffic and user behavior data to optimize content and marketing strategies. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to form unified brand messaging and marketing strategies, achieving coordinated traffic across multiple platforms.
Job requirements
1. Over 2 years of TikTok platform operation experience, with Southeast Asia TikTok operation experience and a deep understanding of the TikTok e-commerce ecosystem being a plus. 2. Over 1 year of team management experience, with preference for candidates who have built teams from scratch. 3. Familiar with TikTok platform mechanics, highly sensitive to TikTok traffic trends, and capable of analyzing operational and promotional data. 4. Strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving and data analysis abilities, a strong sense of responsibility, good team collaboration spirit, and the ability to handle pressure.
