Trade Lane Manager-Latin AmericaRole & Responsibilities1.Trade Lane Product DevelopmentConduct market profiling and customer/competitor research & analysis activities to understand and identify market opportunities and challengesNew product evaluation, set-up and launch for GCA-LATAM trade lane 2.Trade Lane Business Growth AchievementMonitor and drive sales performance of sales leads & opportunities in all GCA stationsActively manage and develop revenue growth for GCA-LAM trade laneImplement & achieve targets ensuring successful results against sales budgetsImplement effective pricing strategies to sustain profitable growthJoint sales call with field sales – CDs for GCA-LATAM lane businessSupport overseas colleagues on sales, pricing, product initiatives to secure TL businessSupport any future development of other trade lanes as per the company’s strategy and directions 3.Trade Lane Performance Maintenance and ImprovementMaintain and grow oversea controlled business with overseas partner as well as GCA station and CD teamsCommunication with overseas to enhance service level and commercial activitiesWork with product team and other functional teams i.e. Marketing, to enhance existing productsSupport TL oriented sales campaigns according to specific targetsRegular Conference calls with overseas teams on sales and product matters.Review , analyze, volume and revenue development against targets, proposing initiatives to growth and achieve targets Education, Experience, Certification and Training requirementsBachelor degree or aboveMinimum of 5 years experience in services and logistics industry, 2 years or above trade lane function is requiredJob related experience in Trade Lane management is highly desirableStrong MS applicationsFluent English and Spanish or PortugueseExtensive communication skills verbally and writtenPresentation skills Job Skills and Competencies for this positionSales, marketing and business development experienceWell developed, commercial and strategic business skillsGood interpersonal skills, team player, network mindedGood communication and presentation skills, with proactive approach towards business, supportive and motivatedIf you are interested in this job please send e-mail to: Yvonne Shi(login to view email)
