Job responsibilities
Main responsibilities
Training needs analysis and plan formulation
Analyze the company's business needs and employee competency status to determine training needs.
Develop an annual training plan, specifying training objectives, content, methods, and schedule.
Develop a training budget to ensure the smooth progress of training activities.
Training course development and textbook writing
Design and develop targeted training courses based on training needs.
Develop training materials, including courseware, case studies, exercise questions, etc.
Collect and organize external training resources to enrich training content.
Organization and implementation of training activities
Arrange training venues, equipment, and faculty to ensure complete training conditions.
Organize internal lecturers and external experts to give lectures and ensure the quality of training.
Supervise the training process to ensure that training activities are carried out as planned.
Training effectiveness evaluation and feedback
Design a training effectiveness evaluation plan, collect and analyze training feedback data.
Evaluate training outcomes, write training summary reports, and propose improvement suggestions.
Communicate with various departments to understand the impact of training on employee performance and provide a basis for the next round of training.
Construction and maintenance of training system
Improve the company's training system, including new employee onboarding training, job skills training, management training, etc.
Maintain and update training records, record employee training history and results.
Promote training culture and increase employee awareness and participation in training work.
Training resource management and coordination
Manage software and hardware resources related to training to ensure their effective utilization.
Establish good cooperative relationships with external training institutions and obtain high-quality training resources.
Coordinate various departments within the company to ensure the smooth progress of training activities.
Job Requirements
- English native speakers or Chinese major
- Bachelor Holder within Business Administration-related domain
- Excellent management, organizational and communication abilities
- Training experience in English teacher is better
