Job responsibilities
1. Develop the business development strategy, planning, and operational guidelines for the Kazakhstan branch. 2. Lead the department in conducting business investigations, including but not limited to developing tourism resources, tourism products, and setting product pricing. 3. Continuously develop new projects, identify potential clients, and create customized planning proposals. 4. Manage the project progression for potential clients, including resource coordination, market research, business negotiations, contract signing, and project implementation. 5. Organize and adjust the internal management structure and organizational setup of the Kazakhstan branch. 6. Regularly review reports from the head office’s business operations department on market conditions and trends, and provide timely responses and analyses for related business activities. 7. Oversee the formulation and improvement of regulations and operational procedures for the Kazakhstan branch, and establish a sound internal organizational system.
Job requirements
1. 2 years or more of comprehensive management experience in enterprises, familiar with business and operational processes, with strong leadership skills and talents in team management, and a keen business sense and excellent work performance. 2. Outstanding leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal and social skills. 3. Professional and pragmatic; strong sense of dedication and professional ethics, with significant influence and cohesion.
