Develop and implement plans to support student academic success, including tutoring, learning skills, and academic resources. 4. Monitor and evaluate students' learning progress to ensure academic rigor and student performance. 5. Collaborate with principals and other school leaders to develop and implement professional development opportunities for teachers. 6. Create a cultural atmosphere of cooperation, respect, and innovation within the department and the entire school community. 7. Serve as a member of the school leadership group, participating in decision-making and strategic planning. 8. Ensure compliance with local and international education regulations and standards.

1. Master's degree in Education or related fields. 2. At least 5 years of experience in academic leadership positions in international schools. 3. Have experience in developing and evaluating A-level courses. 4. Strong organizational and management skills 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Possess the ability to work in a team environment. 7. Understand current educational trends and best practices.
