Formulate and execute Vietnam market expansion strategy, including setting goals for opportunity assessment, sales performance and market share, tracking the achievement of goals, and coordinating the execution team to ensure that these goals are achieved; 2. Responsible for the construction of distribution network in Vietnam, including formulating and implementing distribution plans, defining cooperative relationships with distributors, optimizing distribution channel management to ensure distribution profits; 3. Formulate and optimize distribution and promotion policies, develop high-quality distributors through various channels, and complete distributor attracting and management indicators; manage the company's distribution team, connect with distributors, and achieve business goals; 4. Work closely with other teams in the company headquarters, including marketing, product management, sales and customer service, to ensure the success of business and market growth in Vietnam; 5. Be well versed in the competitive environment and opportunities of the Vietnamese market, and provide market feedback, competitive intelligence and ideas when appropriate to drive the success of our products and services in the Vietnamese market. 6. Regularly and timely summarize and report the work progress and status to the manager in charge of the market directly; 7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.Office mode: Travel office, living address in New York, Eastern United States preferred.Regards,HR
Job requirements
Job requirements:1. College degree or above, any major is okay; 2. At least 6 years of experience in distribution network management, able to independently establish a distribution network, develop markets, and achieve sales goals; 3. Excellent leadership ability, strong execution ability, able to effectively grasp the sales process and achieve sales goals; 4. Be able to establish and help maintain a good relationship with distributors and customers, and have successful local business and sales experience in Vietnam; 5. Familiar with the Vietnamese market, Vietnamese local culture and customs, and business methods, and be able to establish good interpersonal relationships; 6. Ability to independently operate projects and strong ability to promote execution; 7. Those who hold a Vietnamese local driver's license and have basic English skills are preferred;
