This role will also work together with other internal departments (e.g. Overseas education/Immigration/Tourism/ Medical Care/SPA) to provide quality service to clients and improve client relationship.1. This job is like the GRO(Guest relation officer) or CRO(Customer Relation Officer) in big hotels 2. Provide high-end service to our members of the club (high-end SPA, luxury shop, western restaurant), maintain the relationship with them, and continuously improve the relationship with the members; 3.
