1. Responsible for solving overseas warehouse issues, providing real-time feedback on overseas warehouse situations to domestic personnel, and ensuring smooth coordination; 2. In charge of operational matters such as data entry for goods in the overseas warehouse, distribution, container loading, guiding and communicating with warehouse staff on warehouse operations, producing and updating reports, and organizing and filing documents; 3. Track the status of order operations to ensure data consistency in the logistics system; 4. Collect and organize information on international delivery and receipt signatures; 5. Provide feedback on customer information and handle issues reported from overseas; 6. Other tasks assigned by leadership.

1. College degree or above, with priority given to majors in logistics, international logistics, and trade; 2. Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing is preferred; (English should be used as a working language) 3. Familiar with freight operation processes, knowledgeable about cargo transportation, cross-border e-commerce logistics work arrangements, and related precautions, with 1 year of experience in the same position; 4. Strong communication and coordination skills, enthusiastic, patient, and proactive in handling work tasks; 5. Proficient in using office software such as OFFICE/EXCEL, with good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills preferred; 6. A driver's license and driving experience are required.
