Job Requirements: 1. Responsible for arranging the schedule of the chairman and making appointments for the chairman to meet visitors; 2. Receive calls according to regulations, record information, and receive visitors; 3. Responsible for providing services in the chairman's office, including the sorting and storage of incoming and outgoing letters, the cleaning of the office, and the management of greening; 4. Responsible for organizing and arranging the meeting work of general managers and above levels, and follow up, investigate, and implement the resolutions; 5. Responsible for timely circulation of the signed documents by the chairman; 6. Responsible for the record and summary of the company-level meetings; 7. Assist the administrative department in planning and arranging the company's large-scale activities; 8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership. Job Requirements: 1. A first-class college degree or above, with good appearance; 2. Good writing skills, outgoing personality, good service awareness and external communication skills, meticulous work style, strong initiative, strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of confidentiality, and strong ability to withstand pressure; 3. Experience as a secretary or assistant, in a large group, a large company, in the new energy industry, or as a secretary or assistant to the chairman of a diversified group; experience as a general manager's secretary, general manager's assistant, president's assistant, president's secretary, executive assistant, executive secretary, or assistant to an executive assistant; or experience in similar part-time work; 4. Additional points: English, Chinese, or Italian can be used as working languages.
