i am Adnan waleed, a Philosophy graduate from the University of Baluchistan Quetta (UoB), in Pakistan, I have committed myself to academic achievement and fostering a supportive, inclusive educational environment for my students. My teaching journey began as a visiting lecturer at the University of Baluchistan Quetta{ UOB} and Also Different Government colleges (Government Girls Degree college Jinna town Quetta Pakistan) (Federal Government College of Pakistan ) (Mussa Boys College Quetta) My goal in each class was to simplify complex technical concepts, nurture students’ confidence and encourage a hands-on approach to learning. I have always aimed to create an engaging, interactive environment, whether delivering lectures, leading supporting students individually. Beyond teaching, my dedication to education and community service has been a central part of my life. In high school, I initiated free tuition classes for children in my village who lacked access to private academies, which has since become government-run. My memberships in the Public Library of Turbat a demonstrate my commitment to fostering accessible education for all. . As the literature chairperson of the Student Action Committee, I organized community service initiatives, literary events, and sports activities, encouraging a well-rounded student experience. I have been awarded for my achievements in chess, football, and cricket, and I believe that my involvement in these activities has contributed to my leadership and team-building skills. In addition to my academic and extracurricular work, I have extensive experience in the Teaching sector. My role as a Visiting Lecturer, I handled signal calibration, equipment maintenance, and upgrades experiences that strengthened my technical skills and deepened my understanding of the engineering landscape.
