The focus of my current role as Global Lead of HR Systems and HR
Processes is to design, build and manage operations of a global HR process
and system model across all operating entities. The system landscape
consists of SAP at the core, supported by several best of breed solutions.
Currently involved working closely with managing HR System Transformation
to migrate to cloud as a platform and working closely with multiple global
3rd party vendors managing responsible to design system Architecture,
Decommissioning 3rd party system, reducing integrations and design best is
class, scalable processes for the future

Integrating System design with process framework, including interface/
integrations to various 3rd party solutions for Payroll, recruitment and ensuring
SSO for a seamless HR experience for employees
Establish clear governance, roles and responsibilities for countries being
deployed and seeking approvals from Global leadership teams
Work with a large team of testers responsible for User Acceptance Testing
of the System before GO LIVE to ensure test code delivered is compliant with
New ‘TO BE’ design
Establish Authorization Concepts for various roles defined as per process
flow
Initiated key changes to Global Process in order to continuously improve
standards of Global HR processes
Completed Harmonization of over 30 countries in Middle East and Africa,
with Cloud HR system going live
