I currently deliver an international finance programme on behalf of The University of Waikato, at Zhejiang University City College in Hangzhou, China, while completing my Master’s thesis As a remote employee I deliver lectures, tutorials, assessments and testing in the following disciplines: Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, E-Business & Supply Chain Management Systems & Finance. Past: Introduction to Marketing. Lecture size ranges from 105 - 120 Native Chinese undergraduate students, all in their third or fourth year of study. Contracted till July 2015.

During my Master’s, my wife and I launched Three 4 Free in Hamilton, NZ. A consumer service marketing company, similar to Groupon. Focused on client retention through unique customer service training seminars and loyalty programmes. Increase customer retention from 8% (Grabone) to over 42% on average for clients. Our industry focus was mainly the top tier luxury health service providers, i.e. beauty therapy, spa salons, laser surgery and hair salons. I operated the finance, ran the seminars and lead the sales team.

Execuzen is an executive search company founded in 2000 and is retained by three top tier European investment banks: Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse. I began as a researcher covering all areas of prime brokerage Asia ex-Japan, helped map a 60 page corporate structure for prime brokerage personnel for all the top and second tier banks in Asia. Following that I moved to equity derivative sales desk, both structured and flow - sales desks. I had the opportunity to work on the head of structuring role, head of warrant trading and Asia COO for Deutsche. I finished on the equity desk working directly with the Mumbai office and staff, covering mainly equity analysts, hiring a further 13 personnel for Barcap India and a role for an ED analyst in the JPM private bank Mandarin speaking. I left to acquire my formal education.

While playing professional rugby in Hong Kong I studied to become qualified as a NASM international certified personal trainer and began working for Pure Fitness. As one experienced in sales I found it easy to build relationships of trust and connections with clients of various backgrounds, cultures and physical abilities, to encourage them to achieve their fitness goals. I excelled in my ability to sell personal training packages and lead sales targets for three months before being offered a job from a client to work for Execuzen.

Multimetco Inc is the largest privately owned company in North America involved in the buying, recycling and trading of precious metals. I negotiated and hedged buying prices with clients in the Platinum, Pladium and Rodium markets. I assisted the regional manager with operations, Inventory, grading, pricing, purchasing and distribution. Developed skills to increase purchasing orders and profit margins after gaining an understanding of the industry. I left to sell cars for IBC Japan and pursue a rugby career in Japan.

After graduating from high school in 2003, I began working for KPF on a development project of 109 town houses in Rototuna, Hamilton. In September 2004 I was given one of the building contracts after completing 40 homes. I moved to Australia in 2005 to serve a mission and, upon completion, returned to KPF to work from January 2007 – April 2007, when I moved to California. While working at KPF, I discovered my ability to learn and work promptly and accurately, to achieve deadlines and ensure projects met inspection codes and compliance

I spent 2 years as a voluntary missionary, covering areas in NSW, South Australia and Victoria. I provided service and comfort for those in need and learnt resilience and perseverance through door-todoor, street and cold contacting in order to find and teach people Christian values, and to assist them in improving areas of their lives. I was responsible for various sized groups of other missionaries, ranging from 9-20+ missionaries, managed zone and district KPI’s. The most influential time of my life, living with those making the same sacrifice from other parts of the world and developing characteristics and abilities that have led to many opportunities to sell, network and overcome challenges.

Previously and International M.B.A. The course content was synonymous to Waikato Universities M.B.A. however, full time and without a class business trip to China. Paper's consisted on general business papers. GPA 4.0
