Project : Provincial Gas Transmission Pipeline Project to Nakhon Ratchasima (PTP-NM) Owner : PTT Public Company Limited Responsibility: Responsible as the Contractor HSE Manager of the PTT Provincial Gas Transmission Pipeline Project to Nakhon Ratchasima (PTP-NM) for the construction of a 28” Natural Gas Pipeline with approximately 110 km length which starts from Kaengkhoi Saraburi and ends at Sung-Noen Nakhon Ratchasima to take responsibility as followings: • Management and administration of HSE scope of work, especially Environment Management for all construction activities in this project. • Support environmental regulatory requirements such as mitigation and monitoring measures in approved Project EIA and other relevant legislation. • Prepare environmental & safety inspection checklist by Approved Project EIA. • Prepare HSE Procedures such as Environmental Management Plan, Waste Management Plan, Environmental Monitoring Plan, Spill Prevention & Response Procedure, Emergency Response Plan, etc., to comply with the PTT GSP’s Regulation, the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), the Project Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report which approved by The Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Planning and Policy (ONEP), the Project Specification, and Thai Laws. • Maintain updated lists of emissions, effluents, and wastes and records of appropriate management and disposal. • Develop activity-specific management plans for environmental resource protection (e.g., ecological resource protection, water quality protection, air quality protection, and waste management). • Participate in environmental orientation and awareness training for the workforce. • Oversee implementation of environmental impact mitigation measures specified by Project EIA, Owner/Consultant, or resource-specific plans. • Conduct sampling required by EIA, EMP, Project permits and approvals, or other project- specific requirements (e.g., air, wastewater, and receiving water quality, or sampling of otherresources potentially affected by construction. activities). • Daily inspect construction activities against environmental conditions of approval and
