• Coordinating by using Thai, Chinese and English language to translate about machine installation, operation including technical issue in many steel factories. • Developing new customer such as making a phone call, and writing email to make an appointment with new customer in order to introduce company profile, product and service. • Follow up commercial process from the beginning until the end such as tracking customer’s enquiry, follow up customer’s PO, shipping process and tracking customer payment. • Sourcing the supplier and making the quotation to submit with customer. • Taking customer to visit factory in China including make itinerary, book flight & hotel reservation, take care the customer through trip and translation about factory and product’s information.

• Provide hospitality, advice and assistance to passenger especially Chinese passenger.
