I was responsible for optimizing the performance of Temu's Dutch customer service chatbot. My work included improving the accuracy of the intent recognition model, creating localized translations, refining chatbot responses, developing solutions for customer issues, and coordinating as well as training an overseas annotation team.

I was responsible for several billing processes, data analysis and User Acceptance Testing. I also had the following roles: Jul 2021 – Jul 2023, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developer With RPA software Blue Prism and UiPath, I automated several billing processes in order to reduce manual work. Oct 2020 – Jul 2021, Product Management team member I was part of a multi-disciplinary team that developed new products such as delivery with code and printless return shipping. I took care of the cost analysis and product branding.

At the largest E-commerce platform in the Netherlands and Belgium I analyzed differences between supplier’s invoices and the delivered goods. I interacted with suppliers to reach a financial settlement about missing items and resolved recurring delivery problems.

I was seconded to ABN AMRO Bank as a mortgage acceptor, Univé Insurance as data employee and PGGM (Pension fund service provider) as a pension administrator.

I was responsible for software implementation at the customer. More specifically: Planning and coordinating the installation of board computers for the customer’s fleet. Answer second line tickets concerning functional problems. Configure software for rollout, write user manuals, translate applications and provide training sessions.
