My professional experience includes working In Michelin Stars and fine dining restaurants such as Restaurant JY’S Jean-Yves Schillinger-2 ** Michelin Stars- in France, PUJOL in Mexico City awarded as The Best Restaurant in North-America 2019 and number 12th Best Restaurant in the world by San Pellegrino’s List and a Relais & Châteaux restaurant and K. Filipou Restaurant 2** Michelin Stars.
Also 5 stars hotels as VELAA Private Island in Maldives, Hyatt Regency Creek Heights in Dubai and competitions such as the Culinary World Cup EXPOGAST in Luxembourg in 2014, 2018 and the Culinary Olympics in Germany in 2016 as team captain of the Culinary Team of Mexico.
Currently I am working at a 5 Stars Hotel in Turks n Caicos for a seasonal contract of 3 months from March.
