• Analyzed diffractive production of W bosons associated with a forward proton using low-pileup proton-proton collision data from the CMS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider. • Developed histograms of key kinematic variables (proton momentum components, lepton pseudorapidity,transverse momentum) to identify characteristics of diffractive versus non-diffractive events. • Gained experience in ROOT framework: Introduced to and worked with ROOT for high-energy physics data analysis, including data filtering and applying event selection criteria to ensure data quality. • Constructed and analyzed Lorentz vectors for particles, using computed invariant masses and kinematic distributions to interpret event dynamics. • Quantified differences in rapidity distributions of events with tagged protons, revealing unique characteristics of diffractive events and enhancing understanding of proton structure.

• Co-hosted a televised debate program featuring high school students discussing a range of topics, fostering a lively and respectful dialogue among participants. • Coordinated with the production team on segment themes and show objectives.
