Collaborate with Chinese and Taiwanese project managers and their respective teams to follow up on the pilot run of production at the Thailand factory. Monitor the readiness of the Thailand factory for all pilot runs, including manpower,machines, materials, and methods. Lead the daily meeting on the TH side of the transferring project with the cross-functional team (NPI/EQ/MFG/QA) to follow up on pilot run status and action items. Drive the relevant cross-functional teams in Thailand to improve yield, efficiency, and MIL until mass production on schedule. Managed customer visits, primarily with international clients, ensuring positive and informative experience regarding all aspects of products and services.

Provide customers with technical advice about importing hazardous substances to Thailand and complying with government regulations. Coordinate with government departments (DIW, FDA) to accomplish regulatory submissions related to hazardous substances. Apply for the registration, notification, and license related to hazardous substance types1-3 from DIW, including List no. 5.6 notification, CBI submission, etc. Support the internal SDS team in contacting government officers when they have inquiries related to SDS's regulations. Respond to customers' inquiries and coordinate with the Chinese colleague team to ensure each project runs smoothly and is completed on time.
