My work at the embassy is mainly in the cultural and visa section. My functions consist in the organization of cultural activities of the embassy for the public, all within the budget, from the selection of the event model, planning and communication with partners and suppliers, list of guests, and all the necessary until the realization of the event as such. In addition, as part of the embassy and to maintain relationships with suppliers and the public we must be aware of the regulations in force, so another daily work is to follow changes in laws. Other daily tasks include answering emails, scheduling appointments, going to meetings and taking notes, answering the phone and using the embassy’s computer applications to save relevant documentation and update data.

I worked in a local bank office, where I was accountable for providing daily customer service and resolving problems. I was tasked with serving all customers to assist them with their needs, including transfers, withdrawing money, hiring products as savings accounts or other investments products, paying taxes, among others. This position developed my skills of problem-solving under pressure, having to give the best service and the best solutions instantly for each specific case in a sector where we deal with an aspect as delicate as people’s money.

My responsibilities included cashing, replenishment of merchandise in store, work in the warehouse, advice to customers, returns or cheking of new merchandise among other activities.

Degree in Management & Public Administration in the Spanish University UNIZAR, with an exchange year in Marketing, Business & International Economy in the University of Zagreb, Croatia.
