Create main assembly drawing, sub-assemblies, part drawings, dimensional drawings which applies standard GD&T. • Responsible to get quotation from vendors and check machinery equipment for production. Inspect the raw material as per customer requirement before start the manufacturing.Analyse and manage projects using engineering principles and techniques. Monitor, prepare and present mechanical designs at design reviews • Responsible for robot shell enclosures, sheet metal components, material selection. Develop strategies for improving upon current models. Design products, consult with engineering and manufacturing teammates to ensure that designs are feasible. Evaluate testing data, alter designs as necessary to bring them to safety. • Work on DFM, DFA (design for manufacturing and design for assembly). Responsible for Prototype testing, project planning, drawings conversion, standardization, data enrichment, data classification, data analysis, supplier consolidation/clean up, negotiation, inputs for sourcing and supply chain team management • Analyse, and consult with fabrication teams during product manufacturing, advising them on design specifications and providing physical assistance when required. Involved in cost estimates for final product designs, and release reports to manager, incorporating costs of labor, material, delivery and overhead.

Prepare conceptual layout considering customer requirements & budget with all possible feasibilities of interchangeabilities & work closely with customer to complete DAP. Prepare stage BOM, pneumatic & hydraulic circuits, support documents for projects like calculation, machine operating sequence, cycle time • Conduct initial discussion or presentation with project & management team to improve design & achieve zero failure of design, also to find other difficulties with manufacturing & assembly team. Analyse, perform a full lifecycle product / project development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture, implement) • Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements. Produce outline designs. Conduct experiments methodically, analyse data and interpret results. Test and evaluate theoretical designs. Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems.
