RESPONSIBILITIES: Managed and taught 5 classrooms of about 40-55 students per class who all succeeded in English language and literature in English at the end of the academic year. Effectively created lesson notes and taught the lessons according to the C.B.A method. Introduced easier modern learning techniques to students such as e-learning, group presentation, which helps in improving their comprehension of the subjects. Successfully taught drama and prose texts to form 4 arts students in preparing for the GCE ordinary level which improved their interests in literature and as a result majority passed the subject in flying colors. ACHIEVEMENTS 100% passed rate in both literature and English language in form 1-4 at the end of the academic year Award of the most creative language teacher of the year.
