I am currently in a role as a Creative Digital Designer. I produce digital and static media across all of AMP’s digital channels including video, audio, and animation work. I have consulted with leaders across the business and played a key role in the ongoing re-branding of the AMP brand (including Jigsaw advice solutions, AMP Bank, AMP Super and North). I have helped successfully deliver multiple campaigns with high CTR’s and worked closely with brand, marketing, and leadership in delivering strategic business oriented creative work.

I established the gnostic agency in 2011 to pursue my passion for the SME sector. In this capacity, I successfully delivered high-level branding solutions for a variety of businesses across Sydney. The goal was simple: “To deliver boutique branding solutions to price-conscious start-up businesses.” I developed a design process and educated clients on the importance of branding as I delivered thoughtful graphic design solutions built around their philosophy of business. Production covered all aspects of their marketing exposures, namely, logo-mark and print paraphernalia, social media, EDM and website design, vehicle graphics, uniforms and signage.

Working among Australia’s most senior Insurance brokers, I was the design lead in a Senior Graphic Designer position. I designed bid tender documentation and presentations according to Gallagher’s global branding standards. Targeting global and national companies in all major industry sectors, every document I produced incorporated both the heart of the Gallagher brand and the nuance of the target company. I also designed for our major corporate events to produce high-level graphic design solutions for both the print and digital spaces. I took lead in training other designers and rolling out training sessions Australia-wide, both in person and online, to increase our design resources across our branches. I enjoyed a great reputation with my colleagues, our most senior brokers and management.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and Creative Director, I was part of a dynamic duo that designed print and digital assets for the Amart Sports brand Australia-wide. Whilst adhering to our branding guidelines, I was also given autonomy in creating, presenting and leading the design process for several advertising campaigns. This includes catalogue design, static and animated digital asset production, EDM design, point-of-sale material and large-scale print advertising.

Reporting to the Editor and Senior Designer, I was part of a high-performance team that designed print and digital assets for three industry leading magazine titles. Namely, RetailWorld, RetailPharmacy and ConvenienceWorld. My role included magazine design, static and animated digital asset production, EDM design, point-of-sale material and artwork production for key FMCG and Pharamaceutical clients.

As my first leap into the industry, reporting to the Creative Team Leader and Art Director I became part of the largest print-run in the southern hemisphere. I designed catalogue and press advertising material for Harvey Norman, Domayne, Joyce Mayne, Norman Ross and Space furniture in accordance with strict brand guidelines, within tight deadlines in a fast-paced working environment. My role included pre-press management and creative development.
