Cikarang, Bekasi Indonesia Main Responsibility Production Planing an Inventory control Warehouse management Transportation/ Logistic Control management Stock Opname S&OP Meeting KPI Control MRP & MPS Control Supervise and coordinate Trainer for 5S & Safety Duties & Responsibilities Supervise, Coordinate and controlling subordinate to make sure all the responsibility run well Monitoring and ensure that suppliers deliver the ordered materials accurately and on time Make PR (Purchase Requesting Order) to order materials and regularly follow up with purchasing department to ensure that materials will be ready base on delivery date and keep it on time. Controlling production to make sure on time production and delivery to customer Controlling warehouse receiving, saving and delivery product to supplier and customer as well Communicate to transport supplier to make sure delivery product to customer and supplier by on time Contact suppliers to verify delivery details. Supervise and monitoring daily and weekly report (MRP and other reports) Manage and track internal inventory and work with internal staff supporting customers Controlling, Monitoring and updating production schedule status and Material Requirement Planning/raw materials availability. Working closely with Production Manager, GM Production and supplier in handling and high follow up regarding any issue about the delay delivery raw materials, order priority and shortage raw materials. Working closely with Department Managers in arranging production orders of raw materials and all communication related to planning orders activities such as availability raw materials, new orders and follow up etc. Coordinating and communicating with other department like sales, supplier, production, QC and purchasing related Materials order activities.
