Jolifess Inc. is an advertising agency focusing on helping brands grow internationally. We are specialized in digital advertising and influencer marketing in gaming and consumer industry. We are currently looking for an account planner who has a deep understanding of digital marketing and global social media landscape, with a creative mind and relevant experience to join our team, serving as a key member to drive creative strategies for campaigns. Responsibilities： 1. Drive creative directions for campaigns based on client’s brief & brand strategy. 2. Analyzing and interpreting a variety info for strategy making, including brand info, market landscape, and competitors, etc. 3. Liaise with clients to define key info needed for campaign & develop ideas. 4. Develop creative proposals based on business strategy, target audiences and target regions. 5. Serve as the key person in the client pitching process and make sure the mutual understanding for creative strategies between clients and internal teams. 6. Work closely with account managers for plan execution, make sure it’s aligned with strategies & proposals. 7. Evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign with account managers.

Requirements ： 1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, preferably in marketing, advertising, designs, psychology, or communications. 2. 1-3 years relevant working experience, preferably in advertising agency or in-house marketing team. 3. Good understanding of digital advertising, global social media landscape, and influencer marketing. Familiarity of TikTok if a huge plus. 4. Passionate about creative-related works with a creative mind. 5. Native English speaker, fluent in Chinese is a huge plus. 6. Excellent communication skills. Good presentation skills is a huge plus.
