Job responsibilities
1. Establish and maintain a good cooperative relationship as the main liaison between the Administration Department and local government departments. 2. Timely obtain and convey the policy and regulatory information of the local government, provide policy basis for the company's decision-making, and assist the company to formulate development strategies that meet the requirements of local policies. 4. Organized and arranged visits and investigations by government officials to demonstrate the company's good image and strength, coordinated internal resources to ensure the smooth progress of activities. 5. Assist the company in dealing with local administrative and regulatory affairs, communicate and coordinate with relevant departments, and resolve potential administrative risks and conflicts. 6. Job Requirements
1. Education background: College degree or above, major in administration, public relations, international relations and other related fields is preferred. 2. Language ability: Fluent in Indonesian, able to conduct complex business negotiations and government communication;Good Chinese reading, writing and listening skills, can be used as a working language. 3. Work experience: more than [3] years of outreach work experience, familiar with the operation process of Indonesian local government affairs and relevant policies and regulations, and experience in successfully applying for various enterprise certificates in Indonesia. 4. Communication skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with people of different cultural backgrounds and levels, strong public relations ability and adaptability. 5. Other skills: proficient in using office software, with certain writing ability, able to write various reporting materials and official documents.
