Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the preparation and management of overseas molecular companies; 2. Establish and improve the operation index of overseas power plants and lead the team to reach the index; 3. Responsible for preparing production operation, equipment maintenance and other related plans and promoting their implementation; 4. Responsible for the development and implementation of standardized management systems for production, equipment, safety and environment operations; 5. Responsible for special work on production safety, site management, labor protection and environmental protection; 6. Checking the completion of various key tasks of operating power stations and departments; 7. Responsible for local government and enterprise outreach and public relations.

Requirements: 1. college degree or above, preferably in electrical or management related majors; 2. more than 5 years of experience in photovoltaic industry, with overseas project management experience; 3. strong management ability, communication and coordination ability and adaptability; 4. English can be used as the working language, able to accept overseas business trips or permanent residence. 5. work in Australia, local or local Chinese are acceptable.
