Job responsibilities
1、External Affairs Management::Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, business trips, and other events for foreign clients. 2、Business Receptions & Client Relations::Arrange and oversee business receptions for international clients, ensuring a seamless experience. 3、ESG Due Diligence:Support the collection, organization, and analysis of ESG-related information during client evaluations. 4、Cross-Cultural Communication:Facilitate clear and professional communication with international partners while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to corporate protocols.
Job requirements
1、Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 2、Willingness to travel nationwide as required. 3、Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to engage effectively with foreign clients while maintaining discretion and professionalism. 4、A solid understanding of ESG principles is preferred.
