Job responsibilities
-Strategic planning: Lead and implement the annual strategic planning process. Leaders develop breakthrough plans centered around consumers. -Entrepreneurial mindset: With a resourceful, persistent, and fearless mindset, continuously develop, deliver, and iterate plans, with a focus on proving the reasons for brand expansion. -Agile: results oriented, able to flexibly apply testing and learning methods. -Collaboration and Integration: Able to collaborate with cross functional and agency teams, including but not limited to global brand owners, agencies, on-site marketing, sales, consumer insights, and other business departments, to cultivate and establish a strong multifunctional team. Collaboration, coordination, and influence with multiple stakeholders are key to success. -Analysis and Reporting: Leaders analyze and report on market and competitor trends to identify prominent business issues/opportunities, and collaborate with departmental sales/marketing teams as necessary. -Research: Conduct analysis/construct research plans and determine their impact to ensure that marketing plans/expenses meet key performance indicators. Continuously improving existing plans. -Competitive analysis and impact: Assist in developing strategic brand reviews by analyzing category opportunities, identifying key consumption goals, innovation opportunities, and activating strategies.
Job requirements
-Education background: Obtain at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, with a major in marketing. Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Marketing is preferred. -Has extensive experience in strategic/brand development, including brand positioning and brand building activities. -Has strong leadership/management skills and the potential to hold leadership positions in XpandAsia. -Strong financial/business acumen. -Strong digital sensitivity, focusing on influence, social media, and electronic customer relationship management. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent time management skills. -Require thoroughness, creativity, interpersonal communication awareness, relationship management and influence skills, as well as problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. -Industry experience is not required, but it is helpful. -Proficient in using MS-Office, with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
